To her pleasant surprise the dark cherry furniture made its way into the Master Suite, and she wondered if Harold had anything to do with it. She smiled looking about. In one corner adjacent to the walk in closet was a full length mirror on a stand, down the wall was a large horizontal and a vertical chest of drawers. With several cameras on them. The King sized bed was made of metal and cherry wood, and had a night stand to either side, all the pieces seemed to be crammed against one end of the room, except the bed, it was in the center under the first set of windows. As she looked she realized that in front of the other set of windows was several tarps and an open easel, with an empty canvas on it. Also in the space facing the city was a tripod with a camera and telephoto lens.
Forgetting her interest in the bed she wandered over to the camera, just as the bedroom door opened and Matthew came inside. She didn’t notice, now it was his turn to watch her.
Forgetting her interest in the bed she wandered over to the camera, just as the bedroom door opened and Matthew came inside. She didn’t notice, now it was his turn to watch her.
She stood on tiptoe in order to see in to the camera, from here she could see down into the park, specifically a park bench, where at the moment a man and a woman were sitting, kissing rather passionately. She lowered the camera some so she could see better and adjusted the lens, seeing the couple more clearly, aroused her.
Her fingers skimmed the collar of her robe then slipped inside, over her breast, just as the young man outside touched the woman. She let out a soft moan, her other hand traveled up the inside of the robe, as the man’s hand traveled up the woman’s knee length skirt. Her breathing increased as she watched and caressed her most delicate of parts.
“See something you like? Through my lens?” Matthew asked abruptly with a grin. Remembering her words to him on their first meeting.
“Oh!” Donnella, pulled her hands away, startled she turned red faced, but there was nowhere to go as he approached, with a laugh.
“Don’t stop on my account.” He looked into the camera, adjusting the lens, “Well I can see what got you so hot and bothered. Come here.” He put out his hand, pulling her in close. Her face was lit up from embarrassment, the color flushing her cheeks and chest. “Don’t be shy.” He tilted her head bending down to kiss her. “We all do that.”
“Yeah, when we’re alone.” She turned her head.
“So you won’t finish for me then?
Bio:
Shannon (S. I.) Hayes has been telling
tales for so long as she has been able to talk, and began writing them down
shortly thereafter. She is the singular author of the In Dreams... Series, and a Paranormal
Historical Romance called Centuries Of Blood: Becoming. Shannon is the
Co-Author to Awakenings: The Wrath Saga, a Paranormal
Drama likened to Big Brother meets The Real World of the Preternatural, as well
as several blogs and host to her own website. S.I.Hayes.com.
In her own words... I have a mind that is
easily distracted and prone to wandering. Tangents are my forte, and if you
think my characters are going to fit a cookie cutter shape of any kind, think
again. They live, they love, they eat, sleep and f***. I believe that people
are inherently sexual creatures and my characters be they human or something
altogether else are no exception.
I don't adhere to a single genera, I toe
the line on several and wouldn't presume to be a master of any. So I suppose
you could call me jack-of-all-trade-paperbacks.
I am a truth seeker, in my life, in my
work. I’d apologize for it, but I kinda cannot help m’self. It is my best and
worst personality trait, well mostly, being Bi-Polar I guess you could say that
is the worse. But I believe that the disorder has made me, well... Me.
I have taken this life and twisted, carved, shaped and
molded it in to the worlds of my characters. Albeit with a chainsaw, and it has
made all the difference
